Vishwambhara is one of those Telugu films that has kept fans guessing for a long time—and honestly, the curiosity only seems to be growing. The big-screen spectacle brings Megastar Chiranjeevi back in a larger-than-life fantasy world, and that alone is enough reason for audiences to stay excited.
This film is a grand socio-fantasy action-adventure. The story follows a newborn prince who sets out on a sacred and extraordinary pilgrimage across different worlds—the realm of gods, the world of mortals, and the afterlife. Along the way, he comes face to face with celestial powers and dark forces that slowly shape his destiny.
Chiranjeevi leads the film alongside Trisha Krishnan, while Kunal Kapoor plays the antagonist. The supporting cast includes Meenaakshi Chaudhary, Ashika Ranganath, Mouni Roy, Rana Daggubati, and Vinayakan—quite an impressive lineup for a fantasy entertainer.
More About Vishwambhara
The film is being directed by Mallidi Vassishta, known for Bimbisara, and produced by UV Creations. It also marks Chiranjeevi’s 156th film, making the project feel even more special for his massive fan base. The film’s music is composed by Oscar-winning composer M. M. Keeravani, with cinematography handled by Chota K. Naidu.
The film has faced multiple delays, largely because of its heavy VFX and post-production work. Reports suggest that the digital rights have been locked, but the makers have not yet announced an official theatrical or streaming date. So, for now, fans will have to wait a little longer for the official word.
