Dishani Chakraborty, daughter of iconic Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty, has officially announced her engagement to her longtime partner, Myles Mantzaris. On her Instagram handle, the couple shared mesmerizing glimpses of a romantic seaside proposal in a joint post. Myles Mantzaris planned the surprise in a spectacular spot on a cliff overlooking the ocean in Malibu, California, with a romantic setup of sunflowers and candles.
Myles went down on one knee to ask and get the answer from Dishani’s side. And she shared the answer along with photos on her social media handle in a caption, “06.12.2026…The easiest forever I’ve ever known”, which confirmed the couple is set to get married on December 6, 2026.

Who is Myles Mantzaris?
Dishani comes from one of Indian cinema’s most famous families, while Myles is a creative professional working behind the lenses in international entertainment. Currently, he is well-established, working as a freelance cinematographer, steadicam operator, Director of Photography, and colorist in the Entertainment Industry.
Myles Mantzaris graduated from Ithaca College in 2020 with a Cinema Production degree. After a year, he shifted to LA in 2021 and began his career at an Entertainment Agency. Later, he went freelance to pursue Steadicam and cinematography opportunities. He also works on commercials, Music videos, narrative productions, and social media content for YouTube and influencers.
Like Myles, Dishani has been paving her own artistic path behind and in front of the camera. She studied acting and filmmaking in the United States at New York Film Academy and the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute; she worked as a writer, producer, and acted in several independent short films such as The Ghost, Holy Smoke, Two Faced, and Fruit Bowl.
